Hi, I'm Krysta, I have been a professional Niagara photographer for over 13 years. I specialize in Weddings & Lifestyle Family Photography. I will not only give you incredible photos documenting your precious moments, but I can lend you my experience to help make it all a little less overwhelming. For most of you, you're not comfortable in front of the camera but I will make that easy and effortless for you. I will guide and direct you into fun and natural poses, showing you at your very best. Family shoots are scheduled Monday-Friday as weekends are reserved for Weddings and time spent with my own family. I can make special arrangements for a weekend if it is your absolute only option. It will be based on availability.
The optimal time for the session is during what we call in the business "Golden Hour" approximately 2 hours before sunset. I know this time is not always convenient with young children so we can also work in an early morning session if that works better.
Together, we'll pick a location that best represents your family and the look and feel that you are wanting.
Gardens, Beaches, rustic barns, forest, I have lots of options to suggest. If your family has a property or a special place that you love, I'm happy to go their too!
I can and will send you tips on wardrobe and how to prepare for your session in the weeks leading up to your booked session. This will help you and your family to be well coordinated and giving your images a stylized look!
Your final photos will be delivered approximately 2 weeks from your session date. On average you'll receive 50 high-resolution, edited, digital images on a 1 hour session. All photos received will be perfectly colour corrected for natural tones, cropped and personally curated by me. I take great effort to ensure that all of your photos delivered are the best of the best! You'll also get 5 special edits of your choosing to have teeth whitened, blemish removal, skin softening, eye's brightening. Usually these are ones that will be printed or are extremely close up. All final photos will be emailed to you with an on-line gallery and a link to download direct to your computer.
Prints from your portrait session will make an amazing gift for your loved ones! While the price does not include printing, I do offer a variety of print services. From beautifully crafted printed albums to enlarged canvasses. You do not have to use me for your printing needs but the option is there. Once you receive your gallery you can easily order your prints directly online! Super easy!
